Energy work is rooted in the principle that the body is energetic in its nature and seeks to maintain balance. Energy work draws from ancient healing traditions and modern techniques to facilitate the smooth flow of energy throughout your body by addressing areas of imbalance or blockage that may contribute to physical discomfort or emotional stress. The energy modalities I use in sessions are Reiki, Polarity, and CranioSacral. I can also incorporate sound healing and meditation in this practice.
